The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Announces Purchase of TKS (USA) ColorTop
Towers Investment Will Lead to More Colorful Newspaper for Readers and
Advertisers.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the Southeast’s largest newspaper, today
announced that it has agreed to purchase from TKS (USA), Inc., six ColorTop
7000 H-style towers for its press enhancement project. To be fully implemented
by November 2008, the new towers will be accompanied by press control upgrades
by ABB.

The purchase is a critical step in the AJC’s previously announced plan to
upgrade printing equipment and technology at its Gwinnett County publishing
facility.

Stan Pantel, Vice President of Operations, said, “This investment will provide
additional page, color and section capacity, yielding a brighter, more attractive
and more colorful newspaper for readers and advertisers. “

ColorTop towers are one of TKS’ mainstay products, with more than 5,555 ColorTop
printing couples installed since 1993.

Noriyuki Shiba, President of the parent company of TKS (USA) said, “This order is
a very important milestone for our company.” Greg Harabin, President of TKS (USA),
Inc. added, “This order shows the continuing confidence of our customers in TKS and
TKS (USA). We are pleased that the AJC has chosen to continue working with TKS in
its press enhancement project. Our existing customers in the USA can testify to the
equipment quality and service we provide. “
