FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
January 16, 2002:
Effective January 16, 2002, The Department of Commerce (DOC) revoked
the antidumping duty order for TKS. The basis for the DOC's decision
to cancel the dumping order is their findings in three consecutive
annual reviews that TKS did not dump doublewide presses in the U.S.
market.
As a result of this U.S. government action, TKS is no longer required
to post a collateral for antidumping duty on its imports of double-web
presses from Japan.
