June 1999:

Dow Jones & Company, Inc., publisher of the Wall Street Journal
and Barron's, has ordered 18 Color Top 6000 4/4 tower printing
units from TKS to be installed in nine printing plants as part
of the Journal's three-year capital investment program to expand
color and page capacity. Dow Jones currently operates TKS
presses in nine of its 17 Journal printing plants in the U.S.

The order also includes design engineering and parts to uniform-
ly configure all TKS presslines and integrate the towers units
to produce a 12 web press system capable of printing 96 pages,
with 24 process color positions in a straight mode. The tower
units will feature TKS's anti-fan out device, infeed and outfeed
rollers and a new style slow speed inker with TKS digital pumps.
TKS will also be interfacing with ABB press controls and Ryco
spray bars.

"This press equipment purchase, part of our larger capital
investment program, will help us better service advitisers and
readers," said Mcihael Sheehan, Vice President of Production for
The Wall Street Journal.

Delivery of the equipment will start in September, 1999, with the
first two towers, which will be installed in the Charlotte, NC
plant. The balance of the tower delivery will occur through
December 2000, with installation continuing through most of 2001.
National startup is planned for January 2002.
