TKS Manufacturing Expansion

TKS, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, IGA Machinery, has purchased the
web press division of Hamada Printing Press Company, Ltd. located in
Osaka City, Japan. With this purchase of land and manufacturing facility,
TKS/IGA Machinery expands its manufacturing capabilities to both Tokyo and
Osaka.

With this expansion of IGA Machinery, TKS can continue to increase their
growth in the Osaka business community. The TKS group will continue to
supply a large range of offset presses to meet customers’requirements in
quality, advanced technology and durability for the newspaper and
commercial press markets.

As a result of this acquisition, the sales, engineering technology, manu-
facturing and after sales staff will be transferred to IGA Machinery
effective November 1, 2004.
