TKS and NAC - PARTNERING FOR THE FUTURE

On November 25, 2003, TKS and The Newspaper Agency Corporation
(NAC) signed a sales agreement for NAC to purchase three state
-of-the-art presses manufactured by Tokyo Kikai Seisakusho, Ltd.
The ColorTop 5000CD (couple drive) 4x1 presses, with a printing
speed of 70,000 cph, will be installed in NAC’s new 350,000 square
foot facility to be completed in 2005. The start of installation
will mark TKS (USA)’s 25th anniversary in North America.

Gregory K. Harabin, president and CEO of TKS (USA), a wholly owned
subsidiary of TKS, Ltd., said “This press order represents the
largest installation in North America of the new 4 x 1 press design.
We are proud to have been given the opportunity to partner with such a
forward looking group.”

NAC Executive Vice President and General Manager Fred Temby, was
excited by the new partnership. “TKS brought a desire to work with our
people to design a press package that meets and exceeds our needs. We
look forward to their in-depth project management, as well as a first
class training program.”

Each of the three TKS 4 x 1 ColorTop 5000CD presses will consist of: 37
print couples, eight two arm reels, and a 2:5:5 jaw folder with three-
levels of 70 degree formers. The press will also feature TKS controls
(T-NPC) with integrated simulator, as well as automatic roll loading,
registration control, blanket wash system and tabletop foundation.

“Everyone at NAC is pleased to partner with TKS,” said Joseph H. Zerbey,
president and CEO of NAC. “They are a premier press manufacturer with a
proven record of performance and support unequaled in the industry.”

“This is a very important milestone for our USA market,” TKS, Ltd. president
Kohei Shiba added. We know this installation will showcase our technology
and convince future customers that TKS has the best equipment and technology
in the world.”

TKS, Ltd., a global supplier, recently celebrated its 130th year in the press
manufacturing business. A leader in press manufacturing, TKS currently builds
only shaftless presses with more than ninety presses to be installed and
