Two-Roll Underlay Applicator, UL-210:

The device cuts the kraft roll sheet to a set length and lays this underlay sheet under the newspaper bundle through "forced feeding". Furthermore, it has autopasting capability for the underlay sheet rolls and a bundle "standby" function. Continuous operation possible due to autopasting capability. "Forced feeding" system is used for underlay sheet supply, therefore, underlay sheets can be reliably supplied even for odd bundles with small number of copies. With a "standby" function, it is able to avoid straining of the handling capability of the device downstream. With a supplementary paper sheet supply device, the sheets can be automatically supplied when problems arise with the paper roll supply device. (Option) For small bundles such as octavo folds, it can detect the total number of pages or the stack height and determine whether to feed underlay or not.
