One-Roll Underlay Applicator, UL-200:

Cuts the kraft sheet to a set length and feeds the underlay sheet to the bottom of the newspaper bundle which then pulls it in. Being simple mechanically, it is easy to operate and maintain. Because a forced feed system is used for the underlay supply device, underlay sheets can be reliably supplied even for odd bundles with small number of copies. With a supplementary paper sheet supply device, the sheets can be automatically supplied when problems arise with the paper roll supply device or when changing rolls. For small bundles such as octavo folds, it can detect the total number of pages or the stack height and determine whether to feed underlay or not.
